Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand values
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or harmful user behavior
- Monitor user interactions to provide insights for improving community engagement
- Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation
- Collaborate with a remote team to establish and implement best practices for content moderation
- Provide feedback on trends in content and user behavior to support ongoing improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation practices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professionalism in handling sensitive issues and providing constructive feedback
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred
