Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services, including bookings, schedules, and cancellations
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
- Educate customers about available services and guide them in making informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference
- Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus
