Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a strong understanding of current trends, and excellent communication skills. You will assist customers, maintain store displays, and ensure that every visitor leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing product recommendations and personalized style advice.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies to provide
accurate information to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and POS
systems.
- Assist in restocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and ensuring all items are displayed attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and courteously.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Very good English is a must
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for fashion and current trends.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when needed.
