Our client, a leading and highly respected property developer in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and professional individual for the position of Customer Care Executive.
Customer Care department ensures the smooth communication and provides all the necessary professional services and assistance to the customers until the delivery of the property to the customers.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates all departments so that the delivery of the property is on-time and according to the agreed drawings and specifications.
- Handles the customer correspondences and replies to any communication requests.
- Coordinates with all department in order to ensure that customers’ requests are met
- Liaises with customers regarding changes and requests for their properties
- Liaises with customers regarding furniture packages and interior upgrades
- Responsible for arranging all property delivery processes
- Keeps record for the extra charges in regards to upgrades
- Ensures that all filing is done and all records are updated in the customer’s files
Positions Requirements
- University degree (if in Architecture, Interior Design or other related fields will be considered an advantage)
- Excellent English language - both written and oral, knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in related fields is required
- Strong team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office)

Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00
Salary range: €25,000 - €32,000 gross
