- Implement and manage enterprise IT solutions involving servers, storage, networks, virtualization and cloud technologies
- Manage maintenance, monitoring, and support for customer and in-house systems.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues using monitoring tools and logs.
Must Haves:
- Experience in Level 2 IT Support
- Proficiency in Windows & Linux
- Ability to handle PC installations
