We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.
We are looking for a skilled Head of Finance to join our Partner's team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements and cash flow forecasts;
- Ensure timely financial reporting compliant with standards (e.g., IFRS);
- Manage annual budgeting, consolidating department inputs;
- Present financial insights and recommendations to the School Board, CEO, and stakeholders;
- Develop the school's annual budget in collaboration with academic and administrative departments;
- Provide financial projections to support strategic decisions;
- Monitor budget performance, addressing variances;
- Maintain internal controls and compliance with financial policies and tax laws;
- Manage external audits and address findings;
- Oversee cash flow, collections, and bank relationships;
- Supervise billing, tuition, and fee structures, optimizing collections and managing discounts;
- Control costs, focusing on efficiency without compromising quality;
- Guide financial strategy to support long-term school goals, including capital projects;
- Identify and mitigate financial risks;
- Lead the finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
Essential professional experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or ACCA/ACA certification is preferred);
- 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the education sector or a non-profit organization;
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal control principles;
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders;
- Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Excel.
