Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve a wide range of technology-related issues
- Offer clear and concise guidance to customers during the troubleshooting process
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to enhance product quality and overall support experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential, alongside proficient English skills
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills focused on customer service
- Able to work independently in a remote setting while staying motivated
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively
