Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all communications
- Accurately document interactions to enhance future service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on airline products and services
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential
- Strong passion for customer service and travel
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a remote working environment
