Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries regarding banking products and services, ensuring efficient resolution

- Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service and operational processes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance service delivery

Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in banking or finance
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
