About the Role:
- Implement and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Work with the Head of HR to establish a proper working implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and motivate employees while considering market trends.
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans, to support individual and organizational growth.
- Develop and maintain HR policies.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
We are happy to hear from you if you:
- 2+ years of experience in HR in a tech company in the role of HR generalist/ HR admin specialist
- Russian knowledge
- Fluency in English
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including administration, employee relations, and C&B support.
- Proficiency in designing effective onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and a proper exit process for departing employees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with HR software, manage employee data, and generate reports for management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, displaying flexibility, resilience, and the capacity to navigate and change.
