Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to Slovak-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technology-related problems effectively
- Offer clear, step-by-step guidance to clients to navigate their technical challenges
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support database
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them for further investigation
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential, along with proficient English skills
- Experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying motivated
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and effective in time management
