They are legal 500 and chambers ranked in many of their practice areas. they have instructed us to assist them to with the recruitment of a lawyer with 4 + years experience in commercial contract advisory. The Firm is seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Lawyer to be based at either our Nicosia or Limassol office, with a commitment to providing excellent service and professional advice to clients.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Researching and drafting legal opinions for a variety of commercial matters
Reviewing and drafting legal agreements
Advising clients on transactions and negotiating on their behalf
Representing clients before regulators and public authorities
