Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

- Document interactions accurately for quality monitoring purposes
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service objectives and enhance processes
- Engage in regular training and skill enhancement to provide excellent customer care
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required
- A strong commitment to customer service and a positive, engaging personality
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and good computer literacy
- Able to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
