Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front office during the overnight shift
- Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction
- Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be:
- Friendly and have a polite personality
- Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs
- With excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
- Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
- At least 2 years previous hotel experience in similar position in 4* or 5* hotel
- Computer literacy (excel) - knowledge of OPERA or Fidelio
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, with comfort in arranging and reconciling financial records
- Ability to accurately record and control hotel financial transactions (receipts, payments, invoicing)
