Responsibilities
- Reach out to Czech-speaking clients to discover their logistics needs and propose tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Czech market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts effectively
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal logistics teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Stay informed about market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential
- Prior sales experience, ideally in the logistics or transport sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and managing client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms is a plus
