Head of Analytics
You will serve as the main business intelligence source, helping drive the company's growth by providing data-driven insights for business and platform optimization.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and empower the analytics team (3-4 members) to create exceptional data results.
- Support the day-to-day business by creating custom and recurring reports, enabling business decisions to be made.
- Collaborate with internal data providers to enhance data availability and usability. Includes creating requirements, test plans and data validation.
- Define business-critical reporting models, metrics and analyses that drive the business forward.
- Ideally, aggregate information from disparate reporting sources into a coherent, consistent framework to provide a holistic Next Best Action reporting.
What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree specifically in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Analytics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of previous working experience in IT and/or Telco industry in Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Data Engineer role
- Fluency in Python and SQL for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus accurately and thoroughly on multiple simultaneous research tasks.
- Analytical skills and track record of deriving business insights from data.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization to optimize business results.
- Fluent English.
