What we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Reconciliation Officer to join our team in Limassol.
Your daily activities as a Reconciliation Officer will be:
Conduct daily weekly and monthly reconciliations of company funds to guarantee accuracy and completeness,
Verify and reconcile all incoming and outgoing transactions
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records and statements in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to address reconciliation issues and improve processes and procedures
Generate reports and provide analysis on reconciliation activities and financial discrepancies
Monitor all transfers/settlements between all bank accounts and EMIs
Review if the fees of each provider are aligned with the agreements
Update the working excel spreadsheet
Execute manual settlement payments in various platforms
Any other Ad-hoc request
You are the best for this role if you have/are:
University degree in any area
Experience of 2 years as a Reconciliation Officer would be considered as an advantage
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experienced user of MS Office.
English language (B2)
Proactive attitude, good communication skills, ability to multitask.
