Responsibilities:
- Leadingthe entireprocess for newand existing projects, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Collaborationclosely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintainingproject plans, timelines, and budgets for all projects
- Coordinationwith external stakeholders, including legal advisors, government agencies, and vendors, to facilitate process effectively
- Monitoring project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Providingguidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 yearsas a Project Manager, preferably in the incorporation or legal sector
- Understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Project management skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking project progress
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency Russian and English is a must
