NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for a newEIB project: “JASPERS – Advice to the Klaipeda University Hospital about a set of documentation for ESIF and EIB funding” and is looking to identify individual experts to carry out the assignment.
The role of the EIB Services in the Klaipeda University Hospital development project is defined as follows:
• Review the key parts of investment programme.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support for the elaboration of the programme.
Key Expert 1: Public health and health governance expert (Category I)
☝️ Qualifications and skills:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in public health, health-related disciplines, or economics
☝️ Professional experience:
At least 15 years’ experience in Health relevant sub-sectors: primary care, secondary care, tertiary care, public health, (re-)construction and equipment of general and specialized care and university hospitals
☝️ Specific professional experience:
- At least 10 years’ experience in the public health or health economics or health governance.
- At least 4 years in the health sector (regional or national) governance International experience of health systems would be an advantage.
- At least 1 project outside of his/her country of residence
☝️ Language skills:
- Working command of English language (CEFR C1)
- Knowledge of Lithuania language would be an advantage
