We are looking to hire a talented Technical Support Engineer for our Security & Smart Home Division
The position involves providing technical support to our B2B customers for the Security & Smart Home products distributed by the company in the Cyprus market. Some of the major brands are: Dahua, Ajax Security, Sonoff, Reolink, Woox etc
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and service by phone, email or in person to customers for the products concerned
• Regularly update your knowledge about the products offered by the company and the relevant technologies involved
• Provide before sales advice to customers and assist with the selection and planning of solutions for small and medium size projects
• Provide after sales support for products and be involved in the process of the repair and/or programming of faulty equipment in consultation with manufacturers
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of networks and networking equipment
• Previous experience with CCTV & Smart Home products
• Customer Service Oriented
• Team player
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Information
• Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Salary Range: € 1700 to €2500 (depending on Knowledge and Experience)
• Regular training provided by company’s vendors and relevant organizations
• Yearly holidays: 22 days
