Our client is a leading innovator in Ethereum scalability solutions, focused on launching their own Layer 2 (L2) solution— a zkRollup that securely scales Ethereum, empowering web3 developers to build scalable, secure, and composable applications. Their advanced architecture supports parallel transaction processing across multiple execution shards, each validated by zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and ensuring EVM opcode compatibility. The native cross-shard communication protocol ensures seamless interactions across the network.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a pioneering blockchain company, leading their marketing efforts to drive distribution, engagement, and brand growth. You’ll work closely with team leaders to build a marketing strategy that pushes the boundaries in the crypto industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s marketing strategy, using innovative approaches to drive ecosystem growth.
- Lead brand development to increase awareness and establish a creative, differentiated presence within the crypto industry.
- Build and optimize distribution channels, including events, social media, and content platforms, to effectively reach target audiences.
- Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team, focusing on crypto-specific marketing skills and talents.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead to create and implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and supports crypto-focused marketing goals.
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for token launches, ecosystem initiatives, and partnership announcements.
- Foster a vibrant community of users, developers, and stakeholders within the ecosystem.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the crypto/Web3 industry, ideally with a focus on community-centric technologies such as public blockchain infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of how to effectively engage crypto-native audiences.
- Experience leading teams to execute cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative abilities, with a track record of executing marketing campaigns that drive user adoption and ecosystem growth.
- Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
