Role overview
We’re seeking skilled recruiters who can support our global hiring efforts in either technical or business functions, or both. These roles will be critical in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent for our growing teams.
Responsibilities
As either the IT Recruiter, the Business Recruiter, or both, you will:
- Source candidates through social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Github, etc.).
- Screen and identify potential candidates for relevant roles.
- Prepare job descriptions and manage job postings.
- Maintain candidate databases through our ATS.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams across global locations.
- Contribute to HR standardization and automation processes.
- Participate in employee branding and other projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment (IT and/or business roles).
- Experience with executive roles.
- Agency experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean search) and ATS platforms.
- Fluent in English (at least C1).
- Proactive mindset.
- Good organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly assess candidates and foster long-term connections.
