Position: PMO Officer | Assistant to Senior | Audit & Assurance – Nicosia/Limassol
The Project Management Office (PMO) of our Assurance team (under Audit & Assurance) is seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join us as a PMO Officer at the level of Assistant to Senior in our Limassol or Nicosia Office.

The Team
Our Project Management Office mobilizes and coordinates Deloitte's professionals, clients' teams, and any other external stakeholders, enabling us to deliver even the most complex projects on time and with the utmost efficiency. Our team has access to global insights that help identify alternative solutions to emerging issues and evolving requirements.
The Role
The successful candidates’ key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and management
- Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed
- Maintain project calendars and assist in coordinating project activities
- Assist in monitoring project progress and alerting the PMO Manager to potential issues
- Collect and analyze data related to project performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Generate regular reports for project managers and senior management
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and help implement best practices
- Participate in the development of project management templates and tools
Requirements
- Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
- Previous experience in a project management office or related administrative role will be considered as advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with auditing or accounting processes will be considered an advantage
- Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
