Position: Country Head (Cyprus) - Fiduciary services
The Role
As the
Country Head, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our fiduciary services in Cyprus. This is a dynamic role that combines business development expertise with technical proficiency in areas such as tax structuring, fiduciary services, and compliance. You will lead the team in expanding our client base and service offerings while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our fiduciary client base
- Engage with potential clients to promote our full range of fiduciary services
- Attend client meetings, understand their specific needs, and offer tailored fiduciary solutions
- Identify new service opportunities and expand existing offerings to drive business growth
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law, tax structuring, and fiduciary regulations
- Oversee the Cyprus fiduciary team, ensuring high efficiency, operational excellence, and superior client service
- Conduct high-level reviews of team processes and activities to optimize operations
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Represent the company at industry events, building networks and brand visibility
- Take on directorship roles for client companies as required
Who You'll Work With:
You'll collaborate with the Cyprus Fiduciary team and work closely with professionals across our international network. Reporting directly to the
Director of Cyprus Fiduciary, you'll play a critical role in coordinating with global offices to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with a strong track record in business development and department growth within the fiduciary services sector
- Business Development Skills: Demonstrated success in driving new business and expanding service offerings in fiduciary services
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law, tax structuring, and fiduciary services
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and build high-performing teams
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset
- Professional Flexibility: Willingness to be appointed as a director on client companies
