We are seeking ambitious, passionate, and proactive Client Acquisition Managers to join our dynamic international team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads who have yet to activate their accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to guide potential clients through the initial deposit process, providing them with exceptional customer service and support. You will play a key role in ensuring that each client begins their trading journey with a positive and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with warm leads who have not yet activated their accounts, guiding them through the account activation and initial deposit process.
- Customer Support: Deliver a high level of customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
- Overcome Objections: Skillfully handle any reservations or obstacles that clients may have, using persuasive communication and negotiation techniques.
- CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update client information within our CRM system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
- Target Achievement: Approach specified sales targets as minimum benchmarks, consistently striving to exceed expectations and contribute to the team’s success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proactive Approach: A proactive, enthusiastic attitude towards engaging with new leads and converting them into active clients.
- Sales Expertise: Strong commitment to each step of the sales process, with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to neutralize potential objections.
- Language Skills: Business-level fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Dutch, or German are highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the forex trading industry or broader fintech space is preferred.
- CRM Proficiency: Ability to manage and update information in a CRM system with accuracy and compliance.
