Axencis is an IP Management Firm who specialize in the protection of intellectual property across the global ecommerce market.
We are looking for someone who is a motivated, organized and creative individual, to demonstrate capabilities in business development and marketing to join our growing team.
The perfect individual would be someone with experience in acquiring and developing new businesses leads and opportunities. You will build customer relationships via company material, brand awareness and content delivery. You will be asked to identify key business opportunities within the industry, and create content to fulfil the identified weaknesses. You will also deliver digital marketing content and outreach via different channels to potential prospects, while working contributing to the design and production of new content.
This role will become mostly independent, with key managerial cooperation. The role requires forging the creative pathways to areas that are currently unexplored and undeveloped, within the IPR and brand protection industry, with a key focus on anti-counterfeiting measures and a range of services that support IP owners, in a unique and highly specific target market.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards the development and improvement of business communications across digital media such as: email outreach, prospect identification, content design, advertising, social media, marketing material, company portfolio, brochures/decks, web content, etc
- Assist in the text/content development of various marketing channels
- Support the design and concept development of graphic material
- Utilise our CRM to manage prospects & leads, while identifying key target audiences
- Approach and reinterpret the current material used surrounding our current marketing efforts to support business development
- Identify key weaknesses, with a solid foundation for change, within current marketing material
- Proactively identify new prospect opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to outreach potential clients
- Develop key strategies to guide market development, and approach current and future client territories
- Collect, identify and correlate quantitative patterns within responsive analytics
- Suggest key developmental areas within the current portfolio, promoting company growth
- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Conduct target market and client research
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (due to the client basis - this is a requirement)
- Ability in Graphic Design is desirable, but not a requirement
- Sound analytical mind, with an understanding of statistics and quantitative data
- The ability to self-review, assess data and promote advancement based on results
