Ad Operations Executive - AdTech Ops
In this role, you will be responsible in supporting online Advertiser and Publishers, monitoring and service websites, setting up campaigns, optimizing delivery based on pre-defined KPIs and ensuring seamless execution of the campaign deliverables end to end, provide relevant, detailed and prompt reporting.

Measures of success
- Learn our Ad Tag ‘s technological platforms capabilities and all advertising opportunities
- Understand the full campaign delivery process
- Build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships and procedures with global Ad Networks, connected SSPs, own or external DSPs and Ad Networks, and follow the integration process.
- Understand requirements from a brief, contact publishers and advertisers, and setup campaigns
- Handle all types of AdTender /AdVideo Pro/ Ad Tag DSP and AdVanced campaigns
- Prepare reports according to requirements independently and able to share meaningful insight
- Create best practices for running successful advertising campaigns
Responsibilities of the role:
- Understand requirement of the brief to ensure all required information on the brief is addressable
- Providing analysis on reports, making suggestions for campaign optimization
- Scheduling and maintaining advertising delivery for all online advertising campaigns
- Optimizing campaigns based on KPIs set to ensure full delivery & advertising return
- Ongoing campaign management; ensuring campaigns are implemented correctly, trafficking these, and ensuring the correct campaign setups
- Attend agency meetings when required to share report updates, insights and next steps
- Sending out periodic campaign’s updates to the agency via screenshots and mid-campaign reports
- Produce a variety of analytical and performance reports
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to increase effectiveness and audience reach
What you will need:
- Solid understanding of the online media industry, IAB standards, and Google Analytics
- Experience with third-party ad servers a must, programmatic a plus
- Working experience in media trafficking and/or advertising industry experience would be an advantage
- Advanced understanding of, and continual self-education on marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent Excel Skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems, attention to detail, set and meet deadlines
- Very proactive and keen interest in learning about the work
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Prior experience interacting with agencies or publishers is preferable
- Graduates interested in considering a career in a media and tech agency are welcome
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years’ experience in an office environment 3+ years’ media/tech agency experience
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- General understanding of customer service and client management
- Able to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines
- Comprehensive understanding of running a campaign from start to finish, the importance of establishing KPI’s, and working within a budget
- Manages new launches and works with Media vendors to make sure all elements of campaigns are running as contracted
- Reviews and approves tracking applied to campaigns when necessary
- Troubleshoot any tracking issues that come up before or during the launch of a campaign
- Assist Media planners with monthly billing reconciliation where applicable
- Ability to respond to changes in strategy to shift the priorities of a campaign
- Ability to collaborate across inter-disciplinary teams
- Ability to collaborate with Media vendors
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and solve problems independently and proactively with no or minimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team setting
