They are now looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager to focus on building their iGaming and Financial Services function (Trading, Forex etc) from a relatively early stage, with limited restrictions and lots of strategic input!
Requirements
What you will do
In the role, you’ll work directly with their CCO and their SVP Sales to contribute towards the company’s global business development strategy. You’ll be a driving force in helping the company expand its presence globally and will target and close high value deals with iGaming and FS merchants.
Responsibilities
As a crucial member of the Commercial team, you will identify and research target customers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
By driving all stages of the sales process, you will be a key contributor to the company's continued growth and success.
The Role Includes
- Working alongside the CCO and SVP Sales to develop and implement an effective global business development strategy.
- Enter negotiations and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Leverage your professional and personal network of merchants, to get a foot in the door, accelerate the sales cycle and close deals.
- Become part of a highly profitable Fintech company, founded and led by some of the best in the industry. This is your chance to leave your mark, working alongside experienced industry leaders who have done it before and want to do it again.
- Strong earning potential with a competitive basis DOE and a highly rewarding commission potential based on a revenue share per deal.
- Work in a small, but dynamic commercial team (3 people) with relatively few restrictions as to which companies and markets you can target (it’s a young company with huge growth potential) – you can grow with the company.
- Strong performers are rewarded with career development and progression opportunities as the team scales – leadership roles will open up as will senior sole contributor roles to Director level.

Key Requirements
- A strong network of relevant contacts within the Forex, Trading and iGaming industries.
- Proven business development/sales experience within the payments and/or iGaming industry.
