Pay CC is a cutting-edge payment solution provider, specifically tailored for high-risk industries. We are looking for a Head of Customer Success to join our rapidly growing team in Cyprus.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyse and report upon CRM, Gateway and Back-Office platform analytics.
Provide Management with regular reporting on Client/Merchant performance and internal team’s KPI’s.
Lead and manage a Customer Success Team; providing training, guidance and support.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Success strategy aligned to the Company's business goals.
Oversee the hiring and training of new employees into the Customer Success Team.
Establish and implement new procedures and workflow.
Outline the Success Team's strategic roadmap and provide recommendations for improving processes and resources (for example new PSP solutions/tech required).
Address any problems in a prompt and professional manner, within the guidelines of the Company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Technical Support, to drive customer success initiatives.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features that align with client goals.
Attend local and international, meetings, events and conferences, when required.
Qualifications:
External B2B experience of communicating with department heads.
A minimum of 3 year’s experience within the Payment Industry, at a Payment Service Provider or within Fintech.
Fluent English speaker. With any other languages considered advantageous.
Respond to client enquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar would be considered advantageous.
Experience in overseeing external Account Management communications.
