Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer at NOA Restaurant in Limassol. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for market research, marketing strategies, communication, social media marketing, and sales activities to enhance the restaurant's brand presence and customer engagement. Will also use the platforms for HR advertising. Will use the in house customer databases to send marketing material through email and WhatsApp.
Strategise 2-3 months in advance for upcoming events and seasons.
Create viral campaigns which showcase certain aspects of the brand.
Qualifications
- Market Research and Marketing skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Social Media Marketing expertise
- Sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Tik Tok and Instagram knowledge
- Google Ads experience
- Basic Graphic Design ability
