Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative
Marketing Officer to drive our brand presence and enhance engagement with our existing and potential customers. We are looking for a marketing professional who can lead innovative campaigns, manage social media presence, and create engaging content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote the products/services/events.
- Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), posting regular, engaging content that aligns with the brand. Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
- Monitor Performance & Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools, preparing detailed reports on campaign outcomes and suggesting improvements based on data.
- Partnership Proposals: Identify and propose potential partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and related brands to grow the audience.
- Content Creation & Graphic Design: Use graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to create eye-catching visuals for social media, promotional materials, newsletters, and posters.
- Handle Promotional Materials: Oversee the creation, ordering, and distribution of promotional materials, such as flyers, banners, brochures, for gym events or promotions.
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns to keep existing and potential members informed about new services, offers, and promotions.
- Event Coordination Support: Assist in organizing and promoting events, and special challenges to boost participation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
