About the role
Deal Desk Manager is a strategic role in the Commercial Department that provides support and governance for the structuring, approval, and execution of sales deals. The primary goal of the Deal Desk Manager is to provide competitive price quotations, optimize deal profitability, ensure compliance with company’s commercial policies, and reduce the time required to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely quotes for CPaaS/CCaaS solutions
- Prepare RFPs for the assigned region
- Assist Sales team with structuring complex deals, including pricing, terms and conditions, SLA
- Regular price updates/maintenance of existing price lists in the systems to ensure uninterrupted service and stable profitability
- Provide recommendations for deal improvements to optimize profitability
- Commercial deal governance including review, pricing approval, system implementation, reporting and execution, ‘owning’ the deals to ensure profitable timely delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to enhance Deal Desk efficiency

Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the Telecom industry covering Deal Desk, Country management. Sales operations, or a similar related role
- Strong knowledge/understanding of Voice, DIDs services
- Experience with CCaaS/CPaaS business is a big plus
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies
- English language not lower than C1
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident user of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot) and Numbers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
