Tasks
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues through various communication channels such as email and chat. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring compliance with our platform policies.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Helping customers with the onboarding process and providing guidance on how to use the platform
- Ensuring compliance with our platform policies and regulations
- Collaborating with the compliance team to address any customer concerns related to compliance
- Providing feedback to the product team on customer pain points and areas for improvement
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support in fintech or payment companies is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
