Noteris Services Limited on behalf of IronFX, is looking to hire a Head of Operations to join our growing team in Limassol.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily activities across various functions such as client funding, account opening and customer support. The goal is to ensure that operations are efficient and effective, and that the organization's strategic objectives are met.
Job Description:
- Supervise the global account opening, funding and customer support team, regarding the opening of trading accounts quality check, funding process and customer service
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Analyse on a constant basis the department activity, payment systems activity, suspicious activity, KYC, AML procedures etc.
- Implement Operations protocols, productivity, quality and customer-service standards, complete audits and supporting team managers in daily inquires and problems.
- Liaise with Senior Management team to make decisions for back office and customer support operational activities and set strategic goals
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation within the department
- Manage the procedure of customers account establishment, maintenance and closures
- Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve any issues
- Monitor and approve correct workflows, improve internal systems, propose new more efficient procedures
- Assist in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence in accordance with all company’s regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports with the funding, account opening and customer support activity and make suggestions for new developments to the Senior Management
Person Specification:
- University degree in Business Administration or in any other related field
- 4+ years of experience within FX industry in a similar managerial role
- Excellent knowledge of FX business functions such as client funding, account opening and customer support is a must
- Hands-on experience with performance management and training of subordinates
- CySEC advanced qualification will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English language
- Excellent communication and delegation skills
- Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
