The Role
As our
Business Development Manager - Turkey, you'll play a pivotal role in fueling the growth and success of Pepperstone's operations in the region. Your responsibilities encompass managing the full client journey for our Turkish-speaking clients, covering everything from sales and conversion to ongoing support, retention, and premium relationship management. Additionally, you'll craft and implement a dynamic growth strategy for Turkey, collaborating closely with our marketing and compliance teams, along with senior stakeholders, to drive successful execution and expansion.
As our
Business Development Manager - Turkey, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Shaping and driving the sales strategy for Turkey
- Meeting and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with expectations and budget plans
- Managing new business initiatives and nurturing premium client relationships
- Upholding compliance and regulatory standards diligently
- Successfully navigating regulatory challenges in partnership with the Compliance and legal teams
- Working alongside the Marketing team to ensure that client communications and marketing efforts resonate with the Turkish market and diverse client segments, maximizing return on investment for various campaigns
- Actively researching and showcasing opportunities to drive growth and align with strategic targets
- Leading and implementing projects and initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders to facilitate regional development
About You:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Turkish
- At least 3 years of experience in the Forex and CFD industry, showcasing a strong history of meeting established targets
- Proven experience in project management and driving change initiatives
- Outstanding skills in relationship building and customer service
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in crafting and delivering impactful presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Adept at proactively collaborating with stakeholders across various functions and levels, fostering effective working relationships to tackle issues
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies
- Exceptional numerical skills; comfortable working with data and figures
- Quick to adapt to changing environments and help others do the same
- Demonstrated ability to navigate conflict and overcome challenges
- Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth
