As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Santa Marina, Mykonos, you will play an integral role in supporting our sales and marketing activities, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with proposals and contracts
- Coordinate sales activities, including Fam trips and site inspections
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns to enhance the hotel's visibility
- Maintain and update digital platforms, including third-party websites, ensuring the hotel's brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- Maintain and update the database and files of sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy
- Liaise with external vendors for production of collaterals
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the Sales & Marketing Team
- Utilize Marriott tools to access resources and stay updated
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure sales and marketing efforts align with the hotel's goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing supporting role, preferably in a luxury property
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written/spoken English is required
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel to Mykonos as needed
