IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. Noteris Services Limited on behalf of IronFX, is looking to hire anexperienced Finance Administrator to join the Finance team in Limassol Office.
Job Summary:
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the financial database related to banking activities within the organization. This role involves managing and coordinating access to online banking platforms for the finance team, facilitating communication with banks to resolve any issues, executing intragroup bank transfers, and maintaining accurate records of corporate cards, including their limits, PINs, and usage.
The Finance Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions and the security of banking processes.
Location: Limassol or Nicosia office
Key Responsibilities:
1. Database Management:
- Maintain and update the database of all bank users, including their access rights and roles.
- Ensure that all data entries are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and banking regulations.
- Regularly review and audit access rights to ensure proper authorization and prevent unauthorized access.
2. Online Banking Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage access to online banking platforms for the finance team, ensuring that all necessary permissions are in place.
- Process requests for new accesses, changes to existing accesses, and revocation of accesses as required.
- Liaise with IT and banking partners to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to online banking access.
3. Bank Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and banks for resolving any queries or issues.
- Communicate with banks regarding account information, transaction discrepancies, and other related matters.
- Document and follow up on all communication with banks to ensure timely resolution of issues.
4. Intragroup Transfers:
- Execute intragroup transfers between different bank accounts within the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Record and report on all transfers, providing documentation as needed for financial audits.
5. Corporate Card Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all corporate cards, including their limits, PINs, and usage.
- Monitor and track corporate card usage to ensure compliance with company policies and prevent misuse.
- Coordinate with banks to issue new cards, change limits, or replace lost or stolen cards.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on banking activities, including user accesses, intragroup transfers, and corporate card usage.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all processes, transactions, and communications for reference and audit purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance or banking administration role.
- Strong understanding of banking systems, online banking platforms, and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with financial software and databases.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
