The Role:
Amega Group is seeking an experienced International Customer Success Manager to lead and drive our global expansion in the forex brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, with a proven track record in identifying and securing new growth opportunities.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with client onboarding, including KYC verification and account setup.
- Provide guidance on platform features, tools, and market updates without offering financial advice.
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Support, and Marketing) to enhance the client journey.
- Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success within the forex brokerage industry
- Strong understanding of forex trading, market dynamics, and regulations
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive growth initiatives and establish strong business relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
