English-speaking FX Trainee Conversion Specialist with strong

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active traders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume.
- Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience (FX, finance, or any sales-driven industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in Forex or financial markets is a plus but not mandatory.
