As our business expands rapidly through regional growth, we're seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Affiliate team to join TMGM. In this role, you'll drive our affiliate strategy forward while leading a dynamic team of Affiliate Managers to establish and nurture valuable business relationships across the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Managers, providing strategic guidance and support to achieve partnership acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with TMGM's business objectives and growth plans.
- Build and maintain your own portfolio of high-value partnerships while overseeing the team's partnership pipeline.
- Set and monitor KPIs for the affiliate team, including new CPA acquisition, CPA retention rates, and revenue generation metrics.
- Work closely with other departments including Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop innovative models to capture new business segments.
- Help standardized processes for affiliate onboarding, management, and performance tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement in affiliate operations through data analysis and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in affiliate development or business development within financial services.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the forex/CFD industry and financial markets.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Experience in developing and managing partnership programs at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
