Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Department Manager to strengthen our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement the company's procurement strategy aligned with project requirements
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost-quality balance
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment for company projects
- Planning and organizing orders and deliveries of raw materials for projects
- Processing and overseeing purchase requests, supplier orders, and delivery confirmations
- Collaborate closely with technical and financial departments to optimize cost-efficiency
- Inventory and warehouse management
- Coordination, monitoring, and recording of relevant documents in the ERP system
- Coordination and communication with transport companies, customs brokers, etc
- Communication with suppliers and subcontractors, both domestic and international
- Organizing imports and exports of raw materials
- Working closely with company engineers to implement effective solutions, providing support in project organization and management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain - Logistics, Business Administration or Economics
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the engineering or construction field
- Excellent negotiation skills and strategic thinking
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
- Experience in using ERP systems (preferably PYLON ERP by EPSILON NET)
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, reliability and team spirit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or experience in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
