Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, collect, organize, and distribute information from event planner to waiters and set-up crew.
- Develop and implement procedures and standards for the venue.
- Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations.
- Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests.
- Foster excellent communication and teamwork between staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times to create a memorable experience.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Qualification and Experience:
- Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
- Working knowledge of event scheduling methods & planning
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Positive, engaging personality
- Professional appearance & attitude
