On behalf of our client, a dynamic and family-oriented international consulting firm based in Cyprus, we are seeking to hire a full-time Back Office Administrator to join their growing team in Limassol.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Business Administration or Law, or finance.
- 3+ years experience in corporate administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus’ corporate laws and procedures.
- Experience with Excel and MS Office 365 in general.
- Excellent command of English and Greek.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day administrative support for corporate clients, including drafting incorporation docs, MAAs, annual filings, and submitting registrar updates for portfolio companies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and databases, WeBOS, corporate structurs, etc.
- Prepare and review company documentation (board resolutions, minutes, PoAs, etc.).
- Liaise with the Registrar of Companies and other local authorities.
- Assist in KYC/AML procedures and documentation reviews (you know, all the fun stuff).
- Coordinate with accountants, legal advisors, and auditors as needed.
- Monitor deadlines for statutory obligations and ensure timely compliance.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the corporate department.
