At Gregory's, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Communication Assistant - TikTok to join our fast-paced Communication & CX Marketing team! In this role, you'll help bring our communication plan to life on TikTok, support the execution of engaging events, and activate the brand in physical touchpoints. The role reports to the Communication & CX Marketing Manager.
- Support the planning and execution of brand events and sponsorships (B2B & B2C),
- Assist in the preparation of Corporate & Brand presentations,
- Collaborate with external partners (Social Media, Advertising, PR/Media agencies, Media Shop) to execute communication tasks aligned with the Marketing Plan,
- Implement the brand's TikTok strategy, managing video production and creator collaborations on time and within budget,
- Monitor TikTok performance and propose optimizations based on insights,
- Manage TikTok community engagement and interaction,
- Visit new and renovated stores to engage with staff, identify potential brand ambassadors, collect photo content, and develop employee personas,
- Oversee the execution of in-store music curation, liaising with departments, vendors, and rights management organizations,
- Manage and update in-store music playlists according to seasonality and special occasions,
- Coordinate physical brand elements (e.g., decorations, uniforms, furniture),
- Propose and deliver welcome gifts for new franchise partners,
- Support employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives, including special days, gifting, and actions that strengthen internal bonding and enhance service levels,
- Implements annual agreements with media through the preparation of the monthly calendar
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Μarketing, Communication, Media or a related field,
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,
- Strong understanding of TikTok and content creation trends,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills,
- Strong communication and collaboration skills,
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling and brand building,
- Basic knowledge of video production and editing tools,
- Familiarity with managing external agencies and vendors,
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel),
- Good command of English (written and spoken),
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure,
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of accountability
