LMW HR Group is a leading human resources consulting firm committed to providing top-notch HR solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Accounting Administrator for our client. The ideal candidate will handle various accounting tasks with precision and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send invoices to clients based on sales or services rendered
- Reconcile accounts to guarantee that all payments are accurately recorded and to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all invoices while having clear communication with clients
- Generate reports related to invoicing (e.g. aging reports, revenue reports, Mydata etc.)
- Ensure that invoicing practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies
- Use invoicing and accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Work with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure accurate billing practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficient in accounting software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
