Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate development company based in Limassol, Cyprus. They are seeking a motivated Recruitment & HR Specialist to lead their recruitment initiatives, ensuring they attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent. Additionally, you will support onboarding processes and various HR-related tasks to enhance their team’s effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding procedures, facilitating a positive experience for new employees.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and HR records, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in developing and executing HR policies and initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, training programs, and HR administration tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience with a significant emphasis on recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (preferably Workable) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
