The Role
We are looking for an agile and highly motivated
Customer Experience Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will be working with industry-leading technologies from
Genesys, Google, NICE, and AudioCodes, deploying and supporting innovative
customer experience solutions for telecom operators and enterprises in Greece and abroad.
Main Responsibilities:
As part of our expert team, you will:
- Deploy and configure cloud-based and on-premises contact center solutions
- Install and integrate session border controllers and media gateways
- Develop digital bot flows to enhance customer interactions
- Implement and maintain IVR and call routing solutions
- Design and build dashboards for real-time and historical reporting
- Deploy and manage call recording solutions
- Optimize workforce management solutions for efficiency and performance
- Configure and provision VoIP phones for seamless communication
- Integrate applications with backend systems for enhanced functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing
- Continuously enhance technical skills through training and learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in deploying and maintaining enterprise applications
- Familiarity with VoIP solutions and the SIP protocol
- Proficiency in network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark)
- Experience in JavaScript or other scripting languages for automation
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
