As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead with intention and work at the intersection of wellness and innovation. You’ll craft marketing strategies that are not just effective—but soulfully aligned with our mission.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies to promote retreats, workshops, and brand partnerships
• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Email Marketing
• Use AI tools and analytics to drive performance, automate workflows, and personalize campaigns
• Collaborate with our creative team on content that inspires action and builds community
• Lead paid media planning, influencer campaigns, and SEO optimization
• Co-create digital storytelling that reflects the heart of MYND

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand management
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, and content strategy
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and trends
• Excellent copywriting, project management, and communication skills
• Passion for wellness, retreats, or purpose-driven brands
• A creative thinker with strategic vision and a mindful approach to growth
