KORRES is looking for a talented
Junior Brand Manager to join the BU Greece - CEE Marketing team. As a member of the Marketing team, he/she will have the following key responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the development of specific brand categories assigned
- Constantly review assigned categories' sell out / sell-in performance. Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budget and Marketing plan
- Be able to work with budgets, KPIs and deadlines
- Assist in developing and implementing 360 communication plans, media and pricing policies
- Assist in promotional and trade plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and profitability.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and generate new BTL and ATL ideas of increasing market shares
- Ensure forecasting accuracy in categories of responsibility for assigned countries
- Liaise on a teamwork spirit with internal stakeholders and departments to meet the goals set
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and results oriented individual. A team player with positive attitude and creative thinking, able to work effectively in the context of a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy and also be qualified with:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience. Experience on Beauty / Personal Care brands will be considered an asset
- PC literacy (MS office with focus on excel & powerpoint)
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and strong aptitude to work with numbers
- Team spirit, excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business and results oriented with consistency and accountability.
- Pragmatic, able and willing to deal with operational things.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
