KORRES is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic
Brand Promotions Specialist to join the International Brand Development team. You will be working in an international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the global Promotional Strategy by focusing on the development of Promotional Product Sets and consumer Gifts-with-purchase
- Co-ordinate the entire development process of the global Promotional Product Sets: from cost exercise, to creative brief and production, in collaboration with other functions within the company (Marketing, Graphic design, Procurement, Supply)
- Own and drive the successful launch of the promotional assets across markets
- Prepare cost exercises to prove feasibility of the promotional initiatives
- Stay ahead of the trends, monitor competition, and bring creative promotional ideas on the table
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing positions. Prior experience to the cosmetics/ pharmaceutical industry will be considered a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including proofreading in English and Greek, is a must.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Comfortable in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external partners
- An eye for detail, appetite for continuous improvement and constant personal development.
